New York State residents with disabilities can get a permit for free or discounted use of state parks, historic sites and recreational facilities operated by the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. The pass holder may have free or discounted use of facilities operated by these offices, such as parking, camping, greens fees and swimming.
